physically fitness without medicine
Physical fitness without medication has been a long and hard struggle for many, but is it possible? I believe so. In fact, I have noticed the difference in my health when I don't take any prescription medications.
Here are five ways you can safely start exercising with just your body — no medical procedures or supplements.
The first step toward physical fitness without medication is having consistency. You need to make sure you know what you want. This will help keep you motivated and give you the drive to go after your goals. Try not to think about all the things you have to do but simply focus on doing them. By focusing on a particular number of things, you will soon get focused on getting the results. Your mind wants things done right away, which brings instant gratification. When you allow yourself to get distracted by the process, you will be more productive and efficient at accomplishing what you set out to accomplish.
If you have a goal you want to achieve in the next one to three weeks, you can safely exercise with just your body. Do whatever you can to attain that goal. If you want to lose weight in six months, you can set a small goal of losing 10 pounds. Once you accomplish that weight, then you will feel better. After that, if you want to do something different in another six months, you can try again for a much larger goal like gaining muscle, losing fat or doing a few strength training workouts per week.
3. Embrace It All
Doing what you love is key here. Get involved with as many activities as you can. There are many choices available. If you want dancing, there are many places where you can dance without going into a hospital or doctor's office. If you want boxing and want to fight, you can do so at home. Or if you want to run outside every day and play sports, there is always the option. Don't limit yourself. Whatever you choose, find someone that you enjoy doing it with. That person will be your support system right along. Whether people like you for being sociable or because you're athletic, just surround yourself with good persons who love what they do.
Have you ever heard the saying "If we want something, we let it go"? Well, it's also true. Instead of letting whatever goals that interest you slip away for no apparent reason, figure out how you can conquer them. Take a look at the gym. Most gyms offer classes that fit your skill levels. So don't beat yourself up when you see others taking harder exercises than you are. The same goes for other areas of life. Figure out why you love working out and why you want to stay active. Maybe it’s a personal goal of wanting to become an Olympian someday. Perhaps you love the social aspect. Even if a friend told you to skip your workout class, figure out what you really love about it then take steps back to ensure that it continues.
5. Think And Grow
You need to know about your progress. Have you lost over 5 pounds yet? Does your health look great on camera? Why does the mirror show you with the most toned body of your family? How far do you want to go? Be inspired. Remember when you were younger and wanted to own a car? Make sure you know what you're doing. You only need one thing — running.
I hope these tips have helped you in some way. If you have questions, please feel free to ask me a question. Keep pushing forward. You deserve to be healthy and strong and happy. I promise you that.
